Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding experience for clients and employees.
  • •Provide compliant guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
  • •Lead and facilitate client/external employee meetings for workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining employee records with strict privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits) to administer exits correctly and promptly.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
