Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the multi-year strategic vision for PYE aligned with Micron’s technology roadmap and customer requirements.
  • •Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership on technology readiness, product quality risks, and yield critical decisions.
  • •Direct PYE’s 24/7 global operations, driving standardized methodologies, cycle-time performance, and readiness for critical escalations and new product qualifications.
  • •Lead customer-facing RMA root-cause investigations and formal 8D corrective action processes, including qualification support.
  • •Own and scale PYE’s enterprise capability and lab roadmap, standardizing global failure analysis execution and translating findings into process/design improvements with partners.
