Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects, translating enterprise business challenges into technical solutions for AI-powered work.
  • •Architect robust, scalable, and secure generative AI solutions using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and custom applications.
  • •Lead the development and execution of proofs of concept (PoCs) and demonstrations, including custom templates and integrations to accelerate time-to-value.
  • •Serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite, VP engineering, and AI leaders by guiding generative AI strategy and defining enterprise architecture roadmaps.
  • •Partner with product and engineering teams, providing feedback from customer engagements to influence the product roadmap and solution fit.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architect, enterprise architect, or sales engineering, ideally in B2B SaaS serving Fortune 500 clients.
  • •Deep expertise in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering best practices.
  • •Experience with Python and proficiency with APIs, including end-to-end orchestration to integrate AI workflows into enterprise systems.
  • •Exceptional communication and presentation skills to translate complex technical concepts for executive and technical audiences.
  • •Ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions, uncover root causes, and architect solutions to complex business and technical challenges.
