  • •Implement data policy standards, policies, and guidelines to maintain integrity, quality, and consistency across the business area/domain and align with data governance frameworks and IT initiatives.

  • •Facilitate architecture governance by driving adoption and maintenance of data policies and frameworks and supporting data architecture decisions for data solutions/products.
  • •Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to align on data policies/standards and lead decision-making in relevant forums.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ experience in financial services, covering business capabilities/processes across products such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Lending, etc.
  • •Subject-matter expertise in one or more banking functions such as Customer, Transaction, Risk, Finance, Regulatory, or Compliance.
  • •Knowledge of the trade life cycle and how data is managed across it, including actors/roles and responsibilities.
  • •Good knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements related to ECB/EBA (e.g., FRTB, ILAAP, FINREP, MIFID, CCAR).
  • •Experience implementing BCBS 239 and conducting current-state/target-state assessment and documentation, including creating data flows across domains.
