Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership on client projects, shaping deals, propositions, architectural decisions, roadmaps, and design artifacts.
  • •Lead in sales support by outlining high-level design, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • •Mentor and coach junior colleagues across the organization to raise technical capability and teamwork.
  • •Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-based outcomes for senior stakeholders and internal sales teams.
  • •Engage with clients early to support qualification, requirements capture, solutioning, and build trusted advisor relationships; participate in deal reviews and client presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have experience leading complex data platform projects using Databricks or Azure Databricks, delivering end-to-end data lakehouse architectures and analytics solutions.
  • •Ability to translate complex technical concepts for senior business stakeholders and client executives, with strong design artifacts and architectural governance.
  • •Experience shaping deals, providing high-level designs, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals.
  • •Proven mentoring and coaching skills to motivate junior colleagues across teams.
  • •Databricks certifications or demonstrable equivalent knowledge; ability to lead technical sales and client workshops.
