Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement regional P2P expansion strategies to ensure sustainable and stable business growth
•Monitor regional regulatory developments and assess their impact on P2P business models
•Continuously adjust market strategy based on competitive landscape and market shifts
•Design and optimize advertiser (merchant) onboarding, segmentation, and incentive structures
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance P2P transaction workflows and feature design

Key Requirements

•5+ years of platform operations experience; crypto / Web3 experience strongly preferred

•Proven ability to adapt operational strategy based on market and competitive changes
