Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Training Manager to enhance the design and facilitation of training and team-building programs.
  • •Assist with store induction training and other training initiatives, including store visits to understand the retail business.
  • •Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning programs.
  • •Handle training administration: expenses and payments, logistics (materials, venue, catering, equipment), and training reporting (database and calendar planning).

Key Requirements
