Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan purchased raw materials and components by category and supplier while maintaining optimal inventory to meet production and inventory turn goals.
  • •Execute orders and oversee supplier fulfillment compliance; analyze internal and external conditions to decide on expediting, deferring, or canceling deliveries.
  • •Resolve purchase-related issues with Accounts Payable, including pricing discrepancies and receipt-to-invoice reconciliation.
  • •Run daily, weekly, monthly, and annual standard work processes to support inventory management, supplier relations, and data cleanliness.
  • •Partner with the warehouse team and support phase-in/phase-out projects tied to design changes, value engineering, supplier sourcing changes, and product lifecycle, including lean/Kaizen initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, logistics, and purchasing.
  • •Demonstrable analytical and mathematics skills for complex tradeoff decisions.
  • •Experience with major ERP platforms; strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookup functions, and charting.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing and production planning, warehousing, quality control, or inventory control.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree).
