Key Responsibilities

  • •Own metrics, KPIs, and reporting for production line health and efficiency, including cycle time, throughput, capacity/utilization, first pass yield, and quality metrics.
  • •Produce and maintain tools and reports that communicate manufacturing operations health across products to Manufacturing leads and the broader organization.
  • •Own the design of new production lines and workstation layouts for both low-rate and full-rate production using data-driven value stream/process mapping and line balancing.
  • •Proactively identify and flag imbalances and bottlenecks from line layout, parts shortages, staffing shortages, and other constraints; coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to drive resolution.
  • •Own reporting and analysis of manufacturing health, providing inputs for decisions across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Growth (e.g., cut-in dates, buy signals, clear-to-build, and supply overviews).

  • •Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
