Retail Personal Banker Associate I- CLT South

Serve as a Financial Center Retail Personal Banker focused on consultative sales and identifying customers’ current and future financial needs. Build customer profiles using Financial Needs Assessment, maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products, and use CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments. Cross-sell, support outside sales and community financial literacy events, and partner with mortgage and business teams to refer customers for holistic solutions while processing teller transactions.
