Deliver an immersive Sephora customer experience by educating customers on makeup, skincare and fragrance, providing expert product guidance, and staying current on trends and new launches. Drive sales through proactive customer connection, upselling, and promotion of Sephora services and the loyalty programme. Support day-to-day store operations including transactions, cash area upkeep, stock receipt and organization, inventory accuracy, and merchandising updates.

•Educate customers on application techniques, routines, and product benefits to build confidence and enhance their experience.
•Provide expert, accurate product guidance across makeup, skincare, and fragrance, staying current with beauty trends and new launches.
•Drive sales by connecting with customers, upselling, and promoting Sephora services and the loyalty programme.
•Process transactions accurately and maintain a tidy, well-organised cash area.
•Receive and organise deliveries, support stock counts and inventory accuracy, replenish stock, and assist with visual merchandising and new store opening activities.
