Key Responsibilities

•Own zero-to-one, ambiguous problem areas and ship production AI agents used daily by sales teams, operators, and plant managers.
•Build end-to-end agents for quoting, pricing, inventory management, procurement, or scheduling.
•Develop core product features across frontend and backend, plus integrations with ERP or CRM.
•Create infrastructure that keeps agents reliable in real environments.
•Evaluate and deploy new AI capabilities, prototyping and iterating with real customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong full stack ability across frontend and backend.
•Experience building and deploying production AI agents or similar AI-powered systems.
•Ability to own large, ambiguous problem areas and ship iteratively.
•Comfort communicating complicated systems to technical and non-technical users.
•Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate for in-person work.
