Equity Capital Markets VP

Advise, manage, and underwrite equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, equity-linked offerings, at-the-market programs, private placements, and share repurchases. Lead support for business development and client relationship management, turning ideas into sales pitches through due diligence and client preparation. Manage transaction execution, complex client issue resolution, and highly complex financial and investor analysis, including pitch-book development and client projects.
