Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise, manage, and underwrite equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, equity-linked offerings, at-the-market offerings, private placements, and share repurchases.
  • •Lead business development and/or product/client relationship management to drive business growth with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Assist in generating strategies for new business opportunities and convert ideas into sales pitches, including due diligence and client pitch preparation.
  • •Lead all aspects of transaction execution, organizing teams and managing complex client transaction issues.
  • •Manage complex financial and investor analyses, including pitch-book production, and may supervise junior staff by assigning and overseeing day-to-day work.
