Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate burring, cleaning, buffing, and blasting machines to produce rough and finish dimensions, including nitride, heat treat, buffing, and blasting operations.
  • •Load, unload, and monitor heat treat processing, operate furnaces and related equipment, and perform hardness tests.
  • •Perform visual and dimensional inspections, read and interpret blueprints, and execute quality checks using mechanical and electronic gages.
  • •Maintain lot control traceability and documentation, including record keeping, log book entries, and NCR documentation per QCP requirements.
  • •Set up and align jigs/fixtures, chart and plot SPC data, perform minor machine maintenance, and keep equipment and the work area clean.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Euclid, Ohio; no relocation benefit is provided.
  • •Minimum one (1) year of machining/utility, heat treat or nitride experience.
  • •Minimum 2-year GD&T experience (Eaton Level 1 Advanced Training may be considered in lieu).
  • •Requires access to export-controlled information; applicant must be a U.S. person as defined by U.S. government export regulations.
