Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead coordination and delivery of the State Highway Roads package (Section One delivery) within the Northland Corridor project.
  • •Manage project interfaces across drainage, utilities, structures, and geotechnical disciplines.
  • •Coordinate with contractor teams to ensure operational requirements are understood and incorporated.
  • •Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities and develop practical solutions to support delivery and AECOM objectives.
  • •Ensure project requirements, technical standards, consent conditions, and deliverables align with project objectives while supporting buildable infrastructure outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Experience delivering transport infrastructure such as local roads, highways, or major civil infrastructure projects in New Zealand and Australia.
  • •Strong design coordination and package management experience.
  • •Proven ability coordinating with contractors, maintenance and operations teams, designers and technical specialists, multiple design disciplines, and clients/stakeholders.
  • •Experience applying New Zealand design standards and consenting/approvals processes, plus ability using industry-standard design software such as 12d, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, or AutoCAD.
