Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor systems-estate health signals from a consolidated single-pane-of-glass dashboard and acknowledge alerts within first-response SLA targets.
  • •Perform initial incident review using alert details, recent changes, and the CMDB before acting.
  • •Classify incidents by severity and customer impact, confirm the owning tower, and route/assign tickets accurately.
  • •Execute runbook-driven resolutions for permitted L2 actions and resolve common systems issues end to end within scope.
  • •Escalate out-of-scope or unresolved issues to L2/L3 with a clean, complete handoff and track escalations to closure.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E./B.Tech (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • •5–8 years of experience in systems administration, NOC/SOC, or IT operations with hands-on Linux and/or Windows server administration.
  • •Working knowledge of operating systems, processes/services, and log analysis (Linux and/or Windows).
  • •Familiarity with compute, storage, virtualization concepts (VMs, hypervisors) and basic networking.
  • •Incident-management fundamentals and severity-based triage, with strong written communication for documentation and escalation handoffs in a rotational 24x7 shift model.
