Job Summary

Drive enterprise sales for data and AI solutions, building territory strategy and maintaining forecasted pipelines in Salesforce. Lead end-to-end discovery through proposal and close, selling Production AI and Database Managed Services to C-suite and technical decision-makers. Co-sell with hyperscaler and OEM partner field teams (Google Cloud, Oracle, etc.) to accelerate joint pipeline using partner programs while orchestrating internal resources across solutions, delivery, legal, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and execute a territory plan covering new-logo hunting, inbound conversion, and account expansion.
•Maintain an accurately forecasted Salesforce pipeline and run weekly pipeline reviews and revenue projections.
•Lead AI and data services discovery and solution conversations, articulating the role of modern, well-managed data foundations for scalable AI.
•Co-sell with hyperscaler and OEM field teams to drive joint pipeline and leverage partner programs, deal registration, and funded opportunities.
•Run enterprise sales cycles end-to-end and coordinate internally across solutions architecture, delivery, legal, and finance to deliver proposals on time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
•Active experience selling Data & AI services such as managed databases, cloud data platforms, AI strategy, or production AI implementations.
•Experience selling managed services and navigating procurement for recurring-revenue engagements.
•Experience co-selling with hyperscaler or OEM field teams (Google Cloud, Oracle, AWS, Microsoft, or similar), including familiarity with partner programs and funded motions.
•Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
