Job Summary

Lead E4E Industrial Automation and Process Automation NPI projects by defining scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules while managing project risks and cross-functional stakeholders. Drive operational metrics and KPIs, including program performance and revenue tracking for India localization efforts. Direct engineers and technical staff, manage budgets and resources, establish analytics and reporting for engineering leadership, and turn data into actionable insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand the IA/PA New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle and engage with offering managers and project teams on revenue realization for India-based localization projects.
•Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules, using Agile and/or traditional approaches as needed.
•Direct engineers and technical staff by assigning tasks and fostering collaboration in support of program delivery.
•Monitor project costs, track budgets, and manage resources efficiently while identifying roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies.
•Establish analytics and reporting to track engineering KPIs (e.g., revenue and launch timeliness) and provide stakeholder updates on progress, milestones, and performance.

Key Requirements

•10-12 years of experience in NPI engineering project management.
•Master’s degree in science or a Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA is preferable.
•In-depth understanding of at least one business process and familiarity with the NPI lifecycle, including basic finance, project accounting, and business case preparation.
•Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project (MPP) and project execution tools such as JIRA.
•Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; advanced Excel and comfort presenting with PowerPoint.
