Job Summary

Work in the Site Integrated Planning department to automate and streamline production reporting. Build and refine Power BI dashboards, create documentation so employees can use them, and coordinate with plant teams and the ADA (Automation, Digitization and Analytics) group to develop reporting tools. Support the launch of new dashboards through P&G change management and app management compliance processes.

•Create and develop Power BI dashboards.
•Create documentation and instructions for employees to use the Power BI dashboards.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with St Pete plant teams and the Planning organization ADA (Automation, Digitization and Analytics) team in Warsaw to develop reporting tools.
•Facilitate the launch of new Power BI dashboards via P&G change management and app management compliance assessment.

Key Requirements

•Be based in St. Petersburg (or be ready to move to St. Petersburg with company support).
•Be a third- or fourth-year student or a recent graduate (up to two years after graduation).
•Have mandatory digital skills to develop BI dashboards with Power BI; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
•Demonstrate strong project-management skills, including independent organization and leading a project.
•Have Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency and strong communication, leadership, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
