Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide friendly, professional client service and respond to loss prevention needs as required
  • •Conduct surveillance on the sales floor using CCTV to identify and deter external theft
  • •Follow laws and Sephora policies for apprehensions, searches, seizure, and evidence preservation
  • •Prepare reports for theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits
  • •Support shrinkage prevention through store self-audits, safety inspections, and employee training

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment
  • •Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements required by the province or local jurisdiction
  • •Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills
  • •Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques
  • •Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
