Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete safety training, conduct audits and walkthroughs, and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
  • •Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot GeRM, Sigma, SPC, and traveler systems.
  • •Apply SPC and 8D methodologies to identify and resolve process issues and analyze data to support decisions and optimize wafer processing.
  • •Participate in CIP initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements through training, documentation, or process changes.
  • •Coordinate meetings, track action items, and update training materials, assessor checklists, and BKMs while performing area assessments and certifications.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Availability to work Monday through Friday (8 AM – 5 PM) with flexibility for overtime, global meetings, and on-call rotation.

  • •2+ years of industry experience or equivalent military/trade school experience.
  • •2+ years’ experience identifying performance gaps and implementing strategic improvements.
