Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of a portfolio of venue development projects to meet Live Nation design and business objectives.
  • •Prepare concept designs, specifications, and presentations; drive project development documentation with consultants and stakeholders.
  • •Develop project scope, schedule, and cost, and monitor progress against goals and timelines.
  • •Review and analyze consultants’ construction documents to ensure design/program alignment and identify constructability and coordination risks during preconstruction.
  • •Monitor construction progress with on-site inspections; create furniture plans, select furnishings, and coordinate venue art program with Art/Branding/Concept teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture, plus 8+ years of experience directly related to the role’s duties; licensure preferred.
  • •Management experience delivering sports and entertainment venue projects, including bowl layout and sightline experience (preferred).
  • •Experience across all phases of project development from conceptual design through construction administration.
  • •Strong understanding of building codes and systems, and ability to present designs and business targets to executives and external partners.
  • •Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup/Enscape, and Bluebeam; 30% domestic travel required.
