Job Summary

Deliver an exceptional, memorable luxury client experience by guiding customers into the Prada/Miu Miu world and acting as a brand ambassador. Meet individual and store sales targets while exceeding KPI goals and delivering excellence service both in store and via e-commerce. Maintain client relationships using the company CRM, host virtual or in-person appointments, support complaint resolution, and contribute to daily store operations and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Guarantee a memorable luxury customer experience by placing clients at the center and serving as a brand ambassador.
•Convey and promote brand philosophy and values to final clients.
•Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to store success while exceeding KPI goals.
•Capture customer data into the company CRM and follow up to strengthen long-term relationships.
•Host and conduct appointments (in presence or via virtual/technology), resolve client complaints with the line manager and client service team, and support store daily operations including stock room organization.
•Operate in compliance with company procedures for security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities requested by head office.

Key Requirements

•Place the customer at the center and provide excellence service aligned with the “client journey ceremony.”
•Exceed individual sales targets and support the success of the entire store.
•Exceed KPI goals while maintaining the highest quality of sales and customer service.
•Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and familiarity with Prada/Miu Miu history, culture, and brand DNA.
•Capture and follow up on customer data in the company CRM to build long-term relationships using CRM tools.
