Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategy for the public-funds segment, including target markets, client priorities, growth opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • •Establish commercial objectives for asset growth and retention and identify channel trends affecting asset allocation opportunities and threats.
  • •Partner with consultant relations to build relationships with influential investment consultants and represent the organization at industry conferences and investment forums.
  • •Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing coverage team by setting account ownership, business-development priorities, standards, and performance expectations.
  • •Maintain disciplined oversight of pipeline, run-rate revenue, client concentrations, and business-at-risk while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks.
