Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments, working from architecture choice through validated, observable production release.
  • •Build agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems using LLM techniques.
  • •Own technical components end-to-end, including shipping and validating deployments that customers depend on.
  • •Develop and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, including data modeling and output validation.
  • •Maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can walk through (ideally in an AI or full-stack context).
  • •Customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering) is required.
  • •A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and willingness to learn additional languages as needed.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including diagnosing prompt failures and designing integrations with APIs and data models.
