Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery pod. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready capabilities from day one, spanning configuration, customisation, and full-stack deployment. Work on AI agents, LLM prompt reasoning, integrations, and data pipelines (Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks), plus dashboards and KPI reporting that track deployment health and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments, working from architecture choice through validated, observable production release.
•Build agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems using LLM techniques.
•Own technical components end-to-end, including shipping and validating deployments that customers depend on.
•Develop and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, including data modeling and output validation.
•Maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can walk through (ideally in an AI or full-stack context).
•Customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering) is required.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and willingness to learn additional languages as needed.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including diagnosing prompt failures and designing integrations with APIs and data models.
