Key Responsibilities

•Oversee production employees and equipment on 2nd shift while maintaining standard company policies and procedures.
•Conduct daily shift huddles and communicate issues related to safety, quality, maintenance, and production.
•Participate in and oversee Lock Out Tag Out and CPM, and lead/maintain safety and plant policies.
•Assist with inventory for finished goods and raw materials and oversee quality of production on shift.
•Supervise, evaluate, and schedule personnel; monitor attendance records; review production data and prepare reports for site leadership.

•High school graduate or equivalent.
•4 years’ experience in a manufacturing organization.
•At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing organization.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
