Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a named and trained person on the contract Operator Licence and support continuous control.
  • •Ensure compliance with UK road transport legislation, operator licence undertakings, and contractual obligations.
  • •Proactively manage fleet maintenance plans to keep vehicles serviced, inspected, and available per manufacturer guidance.
  • •Oversee third-party service providers to ensure SLAs and legal requirements are met consistently.
  • •Maintain accurate fleet, driver, and asset records and manage incidents, accidents, infringements, and MOT outcomes including investigations, reporting, and cost recovery.

Key Requirements
