Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and ship the end-to-end solution an account needs, including integrations, internal tooling, and agent/prompt engineering.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain production-scale integrations with the customer’s third-party systems (e.g., point of sale, loyalty, payment gateways, customer data platforms).
  • •Spend regular time on site with the customer, working with technical and business teams.
  • •Monitor, debug, and optimize what you ship in production, including noisy, multi-mic, drive-thru audio environments.
  • •Work with research and product teams to push platform capabilities forward and feed field learnings back into the product.

Key Requirements

  • •A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a record of building that speaks for itself.
  • •Hands-on experience developing and deploying backend systems that run in production (internships, co-ops, early industry experience, or projects shipped to live users).
  • •Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and API design.
  • •Proactive problem recognition and care about the impact of your work.
  • •Customer-facing craft: relationship building, reading the room, acting on what you notice, and coachability with openness to feedback.
