Drive store sales goals by delivering an authentic ALO guest experience through genuine connection, product education, and sharing ALO’s community and culture. Lead and exceed sales targets via ALO’s Flow initiatives while maintaining an inviting sales floor through effective coverage, teamwork, and schedule support. Educate guests and staff on product, community, and culture; assist with shipments, visual merchandising, and front- and back-of-house procedures.
