Job Summary

Coordinate backstage hospitality programs for touring artists and local production teams, ensuring venue back-of-house expectations and the Artist Commitment are met. Meet and greet tours, assign dressing rooms, support laundry and room readiness, partner with backstage catering to meet rider requirements, and participate in sustainability initiatives. Complete post-event service recaps, analyze service reports, and work with Artist Services and Production/Venue leadership to drive continuous improvements and memorable show moments.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer Live Nation and venue backstage hospitality programs in partnership with venue Production.
•Meet and greet tours, assign dressing rooms, and serve as the point of contact for hospitality needs.
•Support backstage room readiness (e.g., laundry and tidying) and coordinate after-show meal support.
•Partner with local backstage catering to ensure artists rider requirements and culinary expectations are met.
•Complete post-event service recaps, analyze service reports, and develop action plans for service improvements with Artist Services and venue leadership.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of backstage/production/hospitality experience.
•2-3+ years of work experience in a comparable role.
•1-2+ years of leadership experience.
•Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•Able to maintain composure in a hectic, loud environment and meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
