Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer Live Nation and venue hospitality programs supporting local production and touring personnel.
  • •Meet and greet tours on arrival, assign dressing rooms, and manage hospitality needs as the point of contact.
  • •Coordinate dressing-room readiness (including laundry/towels when possible) and ensure cleanliness and supplies.
  • •Partner with backstage catering to meet artist rider requirements and exceed culinary expectations.
  • •Complete post-event service recaps, analyze service reports, and collaborate on action plans for improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of backstage/production/hospitality experience.
  • •2–3+ years of work experience in a comparable role.
  • •1–2+ years of leadership experience.
  • •Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills for a hectic, loud environment.
