Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver accurate and timely UK and overseas travel arrangements in line with Ministry of Defence (MOD), Defence Academy and Serco requirements.
  • •Source and recommend travel solutions that balance value for money, sustainability and operational requirements.
  • •Coordinate large group travel bookings and act as a key point of contact for course leaders and stakeholders.
  • •Maintain accurate travel, financial and audit records using systems including SharePoint and travel management tools.
  • •Prepare reports, reconcile invoices and support budget monitoring activities.

Key Requirements
