Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
  • •Assist chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys, and keep preparation areas clean and tidy.
  • •Monitor stock rotation and comply with COSHH and HACCP guidelines and company procedures.
  • •Assist with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
  • •Support the wider kitchen and care home team to help deliver an excellent dining experience.
