Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee the record-to-report accounting function, including expense accruals and reclasses, fixed assets, and prepaid accounting for GBS.
  • •Develop and execute strategies to improve processes through standardization and automation.
  • •Ensure timely, accurate financial statement preparation and reporting in compliance with GAAP and applicable standards, with strong internal controls.
  • •Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing accounting team, setting goals and providing feedback and development.
  • •Oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close; identify and mitigate risks in financial reporting and operations while evaluating tools to improve accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in a senior leadership role within global business services, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • •Strong technical expertise in global accounting standards and regulations.
  • •CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • •Excellent leadership and team management skills with strong communication to interact with auditors, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
