Lead Mastercard’s record-to-report accounting function, covering expense accruals and reclasses, fixed assets, and prepaid accounting for global business services. Drive process improvement through standardization and automation, ensure accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting and internal controls, and oversee reconciliations and month-end close. Partner with global stakeholders across Controllership, Treasury, and Legal while building and mentoring a high-performing accounting team and communicating performance insights to senior leadership.
