Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in retail banking, financial services, or sales coaching.
  • •2+ years of success in a customer-facing banking role such as Branch Manager, Market Manager, or similar role.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between branch locations.
  • •Successful multi-branch experience with proven experience within a sales leadership role.
