•Support the guest services team to deliver LQA standards.
•Coordinate with departments to ensure special requests are met and note reservations on PMS.
•Assist guests with valet parking and luggage, and support reception tasks when required.

Key Requirements

•Passionate about the hospitality industry.
•Positive learning attitude.
•Good personal hygiene and well groomed.
•Good communication skills.
•Good level of English both verbal and written. Knowledge of local and foreign languages is an advantage.
