Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee asset management and facilities operations for the Linkou site, ensuring reliable operation of MEP systems and cleanroom infrastructure.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and service partners in a high-pressure environment, driving continuous improvement and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • •Manage maintenance planning, reliability initiatives, and technical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize asset lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate emergency response activities and lead incident response when required.
  • •Maintain and leverage asset data systems (CMMS/EAM) and engineering documentation to inform decisions and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or related field.
  • •7+ years in facility operations, asset management, or utilities engineering in hi-tech, semiconductor, pharma, or mission-critical environments.
  • •Experience in maintenance management, reliability engineering, and technical troubleshooting.
  • •Emergency response leadership experience is a strong plus.
  • •Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, utilities, FMCS, cleanroom infrastructure, and building services.
