Key Responsibilities

  • •Design high-quality static and animated assets for marketing campaigns, social media, digital ads, websites, and email communications.
  • •Create visually compelling layouts, infographics, and visuals aligned with BJAK’s brand identity.
  • •Support video and motion projects with visual elements such as titles, transitions, and lower thirds.
  • •Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas.
  • •Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, optimize for different digital formats, and maintain an organized asset/template library.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • •2–4 years of experience in multimedia or digital design.
  • •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
  • •Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across media formats.
  • •Knowledge of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles; ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
