•Drive capability building across ILSS and Shared Services, including talent development, succession planning, and knowledge sharing.
•Identify, prioritize, and execute large-scale process improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
•Champion automation and data-driven solutions using tools such as Power Platform and Alteryx, and serve as an escalation point for complex operational issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,000 - 148,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
•5+ years of total relevant work experience.
•Meaningful experience within the investment management industry.
•Proven ability to lead transformation efforts, including process redesign and automation.
•Advanced analytical and technical skills (Excel; Power Platform, Alteryx, DUCO a plus).
