Procurement Operations Specialist (Warsaw, PL)

Support end-to-end Procurement Operations to ensure spend compliance, increase contract compliance, and drive Procurement savings. You’ll coordinate purchase requisitions, help with ad hoc buying and tail spend, and partner with Strategic Procurement to deliver cost-saving initiatives. Serve as an interface between suppliers, business stakeholders, and Finance (AP), improve buying channel adoption, resolve invoice mismatches, and provide trainings, work instructions, and audit support.
