Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for developers using DevTools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, or Artifactory.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues to minimize developer downtime.
  • •Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines and integrations for reliability and scalability.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain systems for high availability, scalability, and performance.
  • •Develop observability solutions and participate in on-call rotations, including incident response and root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •Experience (0.5–3 years) in SRE and/or DevTools support roles.
  • •Beginner-level programming/scripting in 2+ of: Python, Java, Go, PowerShell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Chef, Cloud Formation.
  • •Hands-on experience with Linux and/or Windows and strong understanding of distributed computing environments.
  • •Experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, ArgoCD, Artifactory, Azure DevOps) and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, Sentry).
