Industrial Maintenance Technician

Maintain and repair facility systems and equipment as part of the Maintenance Department, performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems. Provide repair estimates, respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, and keep accurate records of inspections and work performed. Collaborate with other departments and support workspace setup, including general maintenance tasks like painting and carpentry.
