Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments, serving as the technical link between AI agents and enterprise technology landscapes.
  • •Build, configure, and optimize operational workflows for multi-agent orchestration, including agent reasoning, tool-calling logic, and conditional execution loops.
  • •Implement agent communication protocols and govern context sharing, task hand-offs, and tool execution across specialized AI agents.
  • •Architect real-time enterprise data grounding infrastructure using RAG, vector search, and knowledge base retrievers to supply accurate enterprise context to agents.
  • •Develop and maintain integration pipelines and APIs connecting orchestration to Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise ERPs, and build telemetry/observability to track execution health and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production AI, data engineering, or enterprise integration system deployed to production.
  • •Proficiency in at least one modern language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
  • •Hands-on LLM orchestration and enterprise grounding using RAG pipelines, vector search indexes, and knowledge base retrievers.
  • •Practical experience designing APIs (REST/SOAP/webhooks) and implementing agent protocols such as MCP/tool calling or event-driven messaging.
  • •Experience with enterprise integration/orchestration using MuleSoft or custom middleware, plus strong understanding of data modeling and asynchronous integration patterns.
