Key Responsibilities

•Deploy and commission electrical power systems at data center sites through live handover, including equipment testing and acceptance documentation.
•Support operational reliability by responding to power events and equipment failures on live sites and implementing preventative fixes.
•Resolve field conflicts between installation conditions and electrical system requirements during commissioning with a clear proposed resolution.
•Validate protective relay settings, UPS performance, and generator transfer sequencing against operational availability requirements.
•Contribute to electrical commissioning checklists, energization procedures, and reliability run books to reduce deployment risk.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
•Supported or led electrical commissioning on data centers or mission-critical facilities, with hands-on accountability through energization and live acceptance.
•Able to identify installation errors, interpret relay settings, and support fault diagnosis on data center power distribution at the operational level.
•Worked effectively with electrical subcontractors and testing firms on active sites while maintaining quality and safety standards.
•Can travel to deployment and operations sites up to 50% of the time.
