Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary liaison post-sale between customer executives and Adobe teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • •Establish and manage C-level relationships during the sales cycle to understand business objectives and key metrics.
  • •Drive alignment across workstreams and coordinate with product teams delivering advanced use cases for customers.
  • •Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales requirements to post-sales execution and value realization.
  • •Create executive-ready presentations (ROI and total cost of ownership), map business processes to use cases/value drivers, and build customer advocacy.

  • •Extensive experience in digital transformation, value consulting, or customer value/value realization programs.
