Key Responsibilities

•Lead integrated efforts of internal teams such as actuarial, audit, legal, and specialized broking teams on Health Solutions client engagements
•Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and oversee the client team and project management
•Perform analysis, draft client presentations, participate in client meetings, and identify client needs for other services
•Mentor, coach, and guide junior staff while delegating assignments and peer reviewing work
•Collaborate with the Account Executive to facilitate execution of overall strategy and special projects

Salary: USD 107,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Ten plus years of experience in the group health and benefits industry with a strong working knowledge of benefits, particularly within the healthcare industry
•Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
•Strong analytical and presentation skills
•Must have an appropriate insurance license (life and health) (can be fulfilled post-hire) or project management certification is a plus
