Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete daily opening/closing checklists and ensure the fitness center/pool area is ready to open to standard.
  • •Offer advice and ensure safe training techniques for members and in-house guests.
  • •Maintain order and cleanliness across gym areas, equipment, and the studio/assessment room.
  • •Maximize revenue and profit by proactively selling PT sessions, classes, and amenities and providing high service standards.
  • •Assist in preparing the yearly budget file and manage P/L to achieve budgeted and sundry revenue targets.
