Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead research and accessible experience design for examiner-facing analytical and AI-assisted workflows.
  • •Collaborate with pilot agencies and multidisciplinary technical teams through iterative development and user testing.
  • •Produce clear documentation supporting Government operation, maintenance, transition, and future expansion.
  • •Follow Federal security, privacy, accessibility, records-management, and Government data-ownership requirements.
  • •Design examiner workflows that support search, review, monitoring, and decision support using traceable AI-assisted analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading user research and UX design for complex enterprise or Federal applications.
  • •Strong workflow analysis skills, including journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and design systems.
  • •Knowledge of accessibility and Section 508 requirements for Federal applications.
  • •Experience designing data-rich dashboards, analytical workflows, and clear human-in-the-loop AI interactions.
  • •Familiarity with relevant technologies including Linux, PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server, Java or .NET, Jenkins, Azure DevOps (self-hosted), Kubernetes/Rancher, and open-source AI models.
