•Prepare and review consolidated audited financial statements under US GAAP across six subsidiaries with multiple functional currencies and manage audit support with Deloitte US.
•Own ASC 740 income tax provision workpapers, deferred tax schedules, and tax footnote disclosure in coordination with Withum.
•Oversee foreign subsidiary statutory audits and coordinate with local accounting/tax firms; lead NetSuite OneWorld consolidation and intercompany processes.
•Serve as a senior reviewer for consolidated month-end close, owning high-complexity areas such as ASC 842 lease accounting and intercompany consolidation entries.
•Actively leverage AI tools to identify and implement automation opportunities across the accounting close cycle.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a senior accounting role at a US-based SaaS or technology growth-stage startup (Controller/Assistant Controller/Senior Manager/Accounting Manager preferred).
•2–3+ years at a Big 4 or large regional firm with exposure to US GAAP multi-entity audits.
•Required: active US CPA license (international equivalents like ACA/CA/ACCA considered).
•Expert command of key US GAAP topics including ASC 606, 740, 842, 830, 350-40, and 805, with ability to write and defend technical memos.
•Direct experience owning consolidated audited financial statements for multi-entity, multi-currency groups, plus ASC 740 income tax provision and SALT nexus analysis.
