Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a structured 18-month Management Trainee Programme with three developmental phases, competency milestones, and performance reviews.
  • •Work within a sponsoring HR department following a tailored learning roadmap.
  • •Build technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities through on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • •Deliver hands-on experience through project-based assignments and meaningful business tasks.
  • •Participate in company-wide learning initiatives, cross-functional exposure, and programme milestone activities, including travel when assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • •Fresh graduates or candidates with up to three (3) years of relevant working experience.
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI, SQL, data analytics tools, programming languages, or digital platforms is an added advantage.
