Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain operational readiness by operating and managing the full set of data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, Cloud Dataproc, Cloud Composer).
  • •Handle production incidents 24/7 and build deep understanding of core GCP services used at scale.
  • •Monitor SLI/SLOs—availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency—for sovereign data services and respond to incidents.
  • •Diagnose and resolve incidents to ensure maximum platform reliability, including day rotations and night on-call.
  • •Document knowledge, standardize resolution flows, improve operational playbooks, and conduct post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering school degree or a Master’s degree.
  • •At least 3 years of SRE experience and automation of operations; junior profiles may qualify with significant alternance experience in a similar scope.
  • •Good level of English.
  • •Experience operating and managing production environments for data platforms.
  • •Ability to work in a 24/7 operations model with on-call rotations.
